Power it your way! Large selection of innovative drive concepts at bauma 2025

At bauma 2025 in Munich, Böcker will be presenting a wide range of drive solutions for crane and lift technology on stand 1203/2 in the south outdoor area. From classic combustion engines and hybrid models to fully electric machines with battery and 230 V power connection - a wide range of options are available to suit every need. Visitors can look forward to many new products that combine sustainability with efficiency and high performance.

AK 48e truck crane as a hybrid with battery for an entire working day
Böcker will be exhibiting the AK 48e, the largest truck crane of the new generation, which impresses with its drive versatility, outstanding speed, intelligent control technology and innovative mast geometry. For the first time, it will be on show at bauma as a hybrid crane with a 30 kWh battery. The AK 48e can be mounted as an electric crane on a MAN, Mercedes, Volvo or Scania truck and combines the sustainable electric operation of the crane with a carrier vehicle that uses a conventional combustion engine for the journey to the job site.

Thanks to its pioneering drive concept with electric winch, energy recovery when lowering the load and a large battery capacity, the AK 48e can work for a whole day without recharging. More than eight hours of average utilisation time or 150 lifting operations with a 1,000 kg load over 35 m are possible in battery mode. Thanks to fast charging times, the battery can be recharged from 20 to 80 % in just one hour and 35 minutes. The crane can be charged flexibly either at a 230 V household socket or with a 400 V power supply and, in future, even at a wallbox.

In terms of performance, the new AHK 48e scores points with high rope speeds of up to 60 m/min, payloads of up to 3 t (opt. 6 t) and extension lengths of up to 49 m (opt. 52 m). The 14 m boom, which can be fully hydraulically telescoped under load via colour radio control, can carry a weight of up to one tonne even in the horizontal and fully extended position. As an alternative to the AHK 48e presented at the trade fair, Böcker truck cranes are available with drive via the PTO of the lorry, as a hybrid crane with an additional 400 V or 230 V electric motor to the PTO and, depending on the model, with a battery.

Fully electric trailer cranes with efficient drive control
In the trailer crane sector, Böcker will be exhibiting the all-electric AHK 30e KS and AHK 36e trailer cranes with highly efficient drive control and a completely newly developed electric winch in Munich. The extremely low energy consumption of the cranes, combined with a powerful battery capacity of 12.2 kWh, enables up to 140 daily lifting operations without a power connection. This means that the electric cranes can work flexibly and autonomously on the construction site for more than 10 hours in normal use. Their electric winch ensures impressive rope speeds of up to 100 m/min and the recovery of energy when lowering the load. After work or during operation, it can be conveniently charged with 230 V via any household socket. In addition to the electric cranes, an AHK 36 with petrol engine will be demonstrating the wide range of drive options for Böcker trailer cranes at the trade fair.

Further crane highlights and open access platform
The compact AK 36 mobile crane with PTO drive complements Böcker's trade fair presence. With its slim design, it offers a customised solution for construction sites with limited space and narrow access roads. The most powerful Böcker mobile crane AK 52 with PTO drive and the electric trailer crane AHK 36e invite visitors to take a ride high above the exhibition centre. Another highlight is the new PK 350-DO access platform. Its front can be opened completely for free access to the roof - an innovation that is particularly useful for repair work at height.

Electric lifts with battery and 230 V charging technology for sustainable work
In addition to crane technology, Böcker is presenting a selection of construction lifts that guarantee maximum efficiency when transporting materials. The new Agilo e version is a powerful electric lift equipped with a long-lasting battery and 230 V charging technology. Thanks to its compact, electric carrier vehicle, the Agilo is extremely manoeuvrable and particularly suitable for use in city centres. Its standard radio remote control offers maximum convenience during set-up and operation. It impresses with payloads of up to 400 kg per journey, extension lengths of up to 30 m and the usual high carriage speeds. The Agilo is also available as a hybrid lift with an additional 230 V electric motor or as a combustion engine powered by a Honda petrol engine or the vehicle's PTO.

The Junior 24e construction lift will also be on show at bauma as an all-electric lift. Equipped with an electric motor and state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery technology, the inclined lift not only transports loads of up to 250 kg quickly, quietly and with low emissions, but is also environmentally friendly at heights of up to 24 m. The Junior series lifts are optionally available with a Honda petrol engine or as a hybrid lift.

Rack and pinion lifts with higher transport speeds

The Super-Lift rack and pinion lifts complete the trade fair presentation and score with higher transport speeds for passenger transport and increased capacity. The Super-Lift MX and LX transport platforms are now type-approved in accordance with DIN EN 12185-1, 16719 and 12159 and, depending on the model, can transport up to 12 people upwards at 24 or 40 m/min.

The modular concept of the Super-Lift LX enables it to be adapted to logistical requirements at every stage of construction progress, from a few people with light materials to many people with large façade sections or entire sanitary modules. The platform configuration is always adapted in line with requirements when it makes economic sense.

A new sliding door for all Super-Lift MX and LX platforms with a standard ramp will also be on show at the trade fair. Thanks to the extendable lower threshold, its opening is very easy to move and can be flexibly adapted to different scaffolding systems. The loading bay door can be dismantled into three parts for easy transport and assembly.

Space-saving shaft lift
Another Böcker innovation is the Super-Lift MX-PM, a rack and pinion lift for shaft installation. With its enclosed cabin and very compact dimensions, the shaft lift can already be installed in the future lift shaft during the construction phase. With a hoisting speed of 36 m/min and hoisting heights of up to 200 m, this lift is ideal for use in narrow shafts with a minimum size of 1.60 x 2.40 m. Consisting of plug-in assemblies, it offers a solution for almost any shaft, is easy to dismantle for transport and easy to assemble. The MX-PM moves to the levels automatically by means of level preselection and takes over the efficient transport of people and loads during the construction phase.
