The standard tandem axle of Böcker trailer cranes ensures smooth road travel and safe manoeuvrability. The balance of the chassis ensures safe traction even in the most adverse construction site conditions and tight manoeuvres.

The positive gear drive ensures secure, slip-free connection and also reduces tyre wear. A sturdy jockey wheel with additional pneumatic wheels and quick-locking mechanism makes manoeuvring easier, even on soft ground.

Thanks to the powerful manoeuvring drive, Böcker trailer cranes can be moved independently and effortlessly to the site of operation. The manoeuvring drive can be operated conveniently via the radio remote control. The crane can be manoeuvred precisely thanks to smooth controls and masters even the narrowest entrances.

However, if the installation site cannot be reached on its own wheels, the trailer cranes can be safely attached to the crane eyes provided and lifted to their place of use.

The patented swivelling outriggers and foldable swivelling outriggers made of high-strength fine-grained structural steel guarantee maximum flexibility and maximum stability when setting up the crane. The self-levelling function of the outrigger minimises assembly time and ensures absolute stability.

The large outrigger lift of the AHK 36 and AHK 30 KS enables a ground clearance of up to 50 cm, so that Böcker trailer cranes can even master operations on slopes or uneven terrain with ease.

Thanks to decades of experience in lightweight construction, all Böcker cranes feature a sophisticated mast system. Depending on the model, either aluminium or a combination of high-strength fine-grained steels and aluminium alloys is used. The closed mast system guarantees maximum stability, torsional rigidity, and safety.

Böcker cranes also rely on a tried and tested principle for extension of the mast, using hydraulic cylinders in combination with chains or ropes. This guarantees smooth, jerk-free extension even with flat mast positions and high payloads.

Depending on the model, a number of powerful drive options are available to choose from to equip the trailer crane. For sustainable, quiet crane operation, you can choose between a purely electric crane with battery and 230 V charging technology and a hybrid crane with detachable electric motor. If you opt for a combustion engine, your crane is available with either a Honda petrol engine or a Kubota diesel engine.

Thanks to modern engine and sound insulation technology, noise emissions are reduced to a minimum, even with combustion engines. At the same time, you benefit from low fuel consumption and consistently high performance. The battery-operated emergency control system ensures that the crane is always operational .
