The Super-Lift MX 1024 rack and pinion elevator is a very compact transport platform for moving materials and people. As a single-master, the tried-and-tested platform is particularly impressive due to its small footprint during transportation and assembly. Thanks to its small footprint, the device can be used on practically any construction site. The compact dimensions are ideal for transportation by truck and fit perfectly on the loading area.

Despite its small footprint, the MX 1024 impresses with its outstanding performance. It can transport up to six people or large payloads of up to 1,000 kg to a height of up to 200 m at 12 or 24 m/min.

Thanks to its robust design, the rack and pinion hoist has proven itself in tough everyday use on construction sites and impresses with its high level of reliability. It also offers maximum comfort, safety and efficiency. It is easy and convenient to operate using a rotary switch. The floors are approached via switch gates. This means that each floor door can always be controlled precisely and without height differences.

  • Modular stage concept with all the freedom

    Thanks to its modular concept, the Böcker Super-Lift MX 1024 impresses with its high flexibility and adaptability. Swing gates or ramps can be installed as required, allowing the platform to be adapted to the project. It can also be easily converted at a later date.

  • Diagnostic function for targeted service

    The rack and pinion elevator is optionally available with a diagnostic function. The PLC controller monitors all limit switches on the transport platform. Faulty operating states, such as a loading gate that is not closed, can be read immediately in the display as text and as an error code. This means that the cause of faults can be quickly identified and rectified.

  • Enormous load capacity up to 1,000 kg

    The construction hoist offers a higher load capacity than comparable transport platforms. Depending on the configuration, it can lift materials with a payload of up to 1,000 kg. With a capacity of six passengers per ascent and descent, it is also one step ahead when it comes to transporting people.

  • Impressive delivery head up to 200 m

    With an incredible lifting height of 200 m, the Super-Lift MX 1024 transport platform lifts all building materials and people twice as high as other transport platforms.
