Complaint information:
Freight charges are non-refundable.
Goods must be in a resalable condition.
Custom-made products and yard goods are excluded from exchange and will not be taken back.
We reserve the right to accept the claim.
The complaint period is 12 weeks.
A maximum processing fee of 15% will be charged for returns.
