DACH+HOLZ International - With sustainable technology to the top
AK 37e - The first battery-operated truck crane with 230 V charging technology
We will be presenting three market innovations in the field of sustainability: In addition to the new battery trailer crane AHK 36e and the battery inclined lift Junior 24e, the truck crane AK 37e will be on show for the first time. Thanks to the eDrive with battery storage, the new products not only protect the environment, but can also be set up almost anywhere. Where 400 V high-voltage current was required in the past, the new devices now charge at any classic household socket with 230 volts - even during operation.
On the external area, the brand-new AK 42 truck crane impresses with its outstanding working speed, 180 degree joint position and tower crane function. In addition, we will present three more cranes that can be tested live on site and invite visitors to take a basket ride over the exhibition grounds: Look forward to the AK 52 truck crane, the strongest crane in aluminium-steel design with payloads up to 12 t; the popular AK 46/6000 truck crane with its powerful combination of power, range and efficiency; and last but not least, the optimised AHK 30 KS trailer crane - available as a hybrid crane with additional electric motor or fully electric as AHK 30e KS battery trailer crane with 230 V charging technology.

AK 42 - Outstanding working speed, 180 degree joint position and tower crane function
The new AK 42 truck crane works faster than ever! Thanks to its innovative mast profile made of ultra-high-strength fine-grained steel, scores with a high lateral stability for heavy loads, especially in the 1 t to 3 t range. With a maximum lifting capacity of 6 t and extension lengths of up to 42 m, the crane, for example, lifts 1.5 t to a range of 18 m at a height of 24 m. Thanks to the performance of the powerful hydraulic system which has been increased by up to 70%, the AK 42 operates at a significantly improved speed and is quickly ready for use and several crane functions can be controlled simultaneously at a constantly high speed.
For the first time a truck crane of this class can raise its mast completely vertically at a 90-degree angle to the vehicle. This is an advantage not only when working close to the facade. This innovative mast geometry is made possible by the newly developed telescopic mast system with an aluminium jib that can be extended hydraulically to a length of over 14 meters at a hight speed. Another absolute innovation is the 180 degree position of the boom, which straightens up as a 180 degree extension of the base mast with the joint fully straightened. The vertical positioning of the mast and the strong jib joint also enable the new tower crane function of the AK 42: when the main mast is vertical and the jib is in an approximately right-angled position to the mast, loads can be transported into the building by telescoping out. AHK 36e - First battery-operated trailer crane with 230 V charging technology
Where 400 V high-voltage current was required in the past, the AHK 36e will be the first trailer crane on the market to be charged at any conventional 230 V household socket in the future - in an innovative parallel operation directly during the crane operation. Independently of any external power supply, the crane moves to the optimum installation site by means of its manoeuvring drive and the set-up is as well effected powered by the battery. The power consumption of the AHK 36e is optimized to a degree to require significantly less energy than comparable cranes with combustion engines. The high battery capacity permits more than three hours of operation or eight standard working cycles without an external power supply.
Our AHK 30 KSe trailer crane also proves that resource-saving work can be so simple and powerful at the same time; it is also available as a battery-operated crane with 230 V charging technology. More
Junior 24e - Full freedom of movement: the inclined lift with battery
Sustainable work is now easier than ever. With its electric engine and state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery technology, the Junior 24e inclined lift transports loads of up to 250 kg not only at a very low noise and emission level, but also in an extremely environmentally friendly manner to heights of up to 24 meters. Without an external power supply, the battery-powered inclined lift reliably transports any materials at a high speed. Thanks to the innovative parallel operation, the battery can also be charged during operation allowing the operation of the lift to be continued during the charging process.
Without an external power supply, the battery-powered inclined lift reliably transports any materials at a high speed with at least 25 upwards and downwards cycles including set-up and folding of the machine upon operation. To minimize energy consumption, the automatic stop-and-go system additionally limits power consumption. In addition, the Junior 24e scores with its newly developed chassis and a space-saving set-up. The four crank drop outriggers are permanently mounted and can be swivelled into the correct position, extended, and lowered within a very short time. More
