Scaffolding assembly made easy with Böcker scaffolding lifts

Powerful support was needed when scaffolding a 21 m high industrial hall. Before installing the windows, insulating the façade and attaching the façade cladding to the shell, an extensive scaffolding structure with nine floors was erected on three sides of the building – a challenge that required the rapid and safe transport of numerous scaffolding components to the top. This is exactly where the Böcker Junior 24e G and Arriva G scaffolding lifts came into action and performed as indispensable support on the construction site.

During the scaffolding construction, the lifts reliably and effortlessly transported all scaffolding parts. Both heavy and bulky components, such as coverings, toe boards, steel frames, railings and diagonals, as well as smaller components, such as anchors, couplings or eye bolts, were efficiently transported to the respective working height. Thanks to this support, the scaffolding was able to grow rapidly, floor by floor. This not only significantly accelerated the entire construction process, but also made it safer and more ergonomic.

Powerful technology meets clever design

Böcker scaffolding lifts impress with their successful combination of flexibility, performance and robustness. Their compact design and quick on-site assembly make them particularly manoeuvrable and versatile, even in confined spaces. The lightweight construction also allows for easy transport by car directly to the construction site. The rail package made of a high-strength special aluminium alloy and the robust chassis ensure a long service life. The low loading height with extendable lower extension and floor-level scaffolding platform ensures ergonomic and back-friendly working. This specially developed platform is designed to meet the requirements of scaffolding construction. It has holders for scaffolding tubes, storage areas for small parts and a particularly heavy-duty platform floor. With a carriage speed of up to 48 m/min, Böcker inclined lifts enable fast material transport and thus rapid scaffolding erection.

Great performance in the smallest of spaces

The compact Böcker Junior G electric lift was initially used for scaffolding. Equipped with an electric motor, 230 V charging technology and a rechargeable battery, it transports scaffolding components weighing up to 250 kg not only quickly, but also quietly and with low emissions to heights of up to 24 m.

The Junior G really comes into its own in confined spaces. Thanks to its innovative chassis, it is easy to manoeuvre and can be positioned at the place of use in no time at all. It can be set up quickly and without tools using four permanently mounted crank supports, which can be moved into the correct position and lowered in just a few simple steps. The standard radio remote control of the electric battery-powered lift ensures maximum ease of use. It can be used to raise and extend the rail package as well as to move loads. In addition to the fully electric version, the Junior G is also available as a hybrid lift or with a petrol engine.

Up to 400 kg to heights of up to 37 m

The efficient construction was further supported by the Böcker Arriva G scaffolding lift, which is particularly suitable for great heights and heavy loads. With a maximum lifting height of up to 37 m, the Arriva G is one of the most powerful inclined lifts on the market. It transports up to 400 kg payload, making it ideal for use on large construction sites. The swivelling and extendable front spindle supports allow flexible positioning, while the rear crank supports with locking bolts ensure a quick and secure footing. The lift can be optionally equipped with a manoeuvring drive so that it can be moved quickly and effortlessly to the desired location. The Arriva G also offers a high level of convenience in terms of control with its optional remote control. The Arriva G is available with a choice of diesel, petrol or hybrid drive with an additional electric motor.

The use of Böcker scaffolding lifts on this large industrial construction site impressively demonstrates how modern lifting technology not only speeds up the erection of large scaffolding, but also makes it safer and more ergonomic. With their technical performance, well-designed features and high-quality components, Böcker lifts are a future-proof investment for any scaffolding company.
