The new generation of the AHK 36e electric trailer crane is a real efficiency miracle! Perfect for anyone who wants to work continuously on battery power throughout the working day without recharging. The electric crane is impressively quiet and faster than any other trailer crane before it.
The crane's extremely low energy consumption combined with a powerful battery capacity of 12.2 kWh ensures long-lasting use without a power connection. Thanks to the pioneering drive concept with high efficiency and a completely newly developed electric winch, the AHK 36e not only requires very little energy. It also recovers this energy when the load is lowered via the cable winch and feeds it back into the battery. The electric winch also enables impressive rope speeds of up to 100 m/min, making the sustainable lifting of loads even faster and more efficient. After work or during operation, it can be conveniently charged with 230 V via any household socket. If there is insufficient fuse protection on site, the charging power can be reduced depending on the situation. If required, the boost function also increases the charging speed.
The whole working day independent of the power supply
The new AHK 36e with electric winch impressed the team from M. Höfges Bedachungen in Issum when renovating the roof of an old farmhouse. In a very short time, the electric crane lifted the valley planks and battens for the new construction of the pitched roof. The three-hour job was carried out entirely on the crane's battery, including manoeuvring, assembly and dismantling. At the end of the job, the remaining charge was still at 70 %. Despite the frosty temperatures close to freezing point, the lithium-ion battery technology demonstrated reliable performance with stable charging and discharging behaviour. In addition to the long battery range, the roofers particularly praised the pleasantly quiet operation, the precise handling and the very fast working speed of the new AHK 36e.
Manoeuvring to the installation site in the yard of the house, setting up the crane, levelling the support and erecting the mast required a total of just 8 % of the battery charge. The AHK 36e then performs up to 140 everyday lifting operations without the need to recharge its battery. With a battery capacity of more than 10 hours in normal use, the electric crane can work flexibly and autonomously on the construction site all day long.
High performance in every respect
The new electric AHK 36e is not only independent of the power socket, it also offers all the familiar advantages of the most powerful Böcker trailer crane. Thanks to its modern mast system, it achieves extension lengths of up to 34 m (opt. 36 m) and lifts loads of up to 1,000 kg (opt. 1,500 kg) with a permissible total weight of just 3.5 t. Even with a suspended load of up to 1000 kg, the mast can be fully telescoped. The standard tandem axle on Böcker trailer cranes ensures smooth road travel and safe manoeuvring on the construction site. The manoeuvring drive also benefits from the new drive concept and the crane now reaches its set-up position with even greater agility. The familiar swivelling drawbar significantly reduces the set-up area.
The AHK 36 also has a large outrigger stroke with a ground clearance of up to 50 cm. The flexible outriggers with variable positioning of each individual foldable swivelling outrigger enable many different set-up variants. This makes setting up next to obstacles and on slopes extremely easy. In Issum, the crane could be set up in the courtyard of the house between three trees to save space and optimise its reach.
Thanks to the new drive concept of the AHK 36e, it is not only the winch that impresses with its high rope speeds. The other crane functions, such as rotating and lifting the mast and telescoping, can also be controlled at high speed and simultaneously. The slewing range of the mast is endless.
The innovative crane control in combination with the radio remote control supports the operator and enables precise and intuitive working with the trailer crane. Numerous software functions ensure great ease of use and maximum operational safety. Both set-up and dismantling can be controlled automatically via the radio remote control. For repair and maintenance work, the AHK 36e can also be quickly converted into an aerial work platform with a working height of up to 29 m.
