For modern, clean mobility in removals logistics, Böcker has now developed the first fully electric Agilo furniture lift with battery. It transports objects of all kinds not only efficiently, but also in an environmentally friendly way from the outside directly into the building. It impresses with payloads of up to 400 kg per journey, extension lengths of up to 30 m and the usual high carriage speeds. Thanks to its compact carrier vehicle, the Agilo is extremely manoeuvrable and can quickly reach any job site.
Electric from first to last metre
The new version of the Agilo furniture lift avoids CO2 emissions both on the road and when transporting furniture to the upper floors. It is also whisper-quiet in operation and minimises noise pollution for local residents. It combines a fully electric carrier vehicle with a powerful electric lift and a long-lasting battery including 230 V charging technology. The result is an all-electric furniture lift that scores with high performance, sophisticated functionality and additional ease of use.
The sustainable Agilo HL 27e and HL 30e models are built on the compact chassis of a Renault Master E-Tech or Iveco eDaily. Depending on the equipment variant, the permissible total weight of the electric lift is less than 3.5 tonnes. Its range on the road depends on the respective carrier vehicle. With the Renault Master Urban Range, for example, all locations within a wider radius of 200 km can be reached.
Flexible with long-lasting lithium-ion battery
In addition to the vehicle's electric drive and battery, the new Agilo has an 8.1 kW electric motor and its own lithium-ion battery. The high battery capacity ensures flexible, autonomous use of the furniture lift for the duration of an entire working day with 50 ascents and descents and a payload of 300 kg. After a long period of use, the return journey is still possible using the vehicle's battery, even if the lift battery is empty. The electric lift is then recharged to 90 % within three hours.
Of course, the Agilo can also be used during the charging process or operated permanently from a 230 V household socket. Connection options for the power supply are located on the chassis or at the top of the rails so that the power can be conveniently drawn from the upper floor. The lift battery can be recharged either at the head end or at the bottom of the lift.
Convenient operation via radio remote control
The standard radio remote control offers maximum convenience when setting up and operating the all-electric Agilo. It can be used to raise and extend the rail package as well as move the large furniture platform. This means that the operator can move freely and has an optimum overview of the set-up situation. During insertion or removal, the lift can also be operated from the floor at the head of the rails. The electric operation with smooth comfort control ensures safe and gentle transport of the loaded materials.
Wide range of drive solutions
In addition to the new all-electric version, the Agilo is still available as a hybrid lift with an additional 230 V electric motor or as a combustion engine powered by a Honda petrol engine or the vehicle's PTO.
