Product description

The Super-Lift LX from Böcker is a variable transport platform with one car or, in twin operation, with two independently moving cars on one mast line. The lift combines compact dimensions with high performance. Depending on the car size and design, it has a load capacity of up to 4 tons or can accommodate twelve people. Powerful drive motors ensure travel speeds of up to 24 or 40 m/min. This makes the rack and pinion lift the ideal transport platform for ambitious construction projects.

The Super-Lift LX really comes into its own on tight construction sites, especially when two lift are required. The hot-dip galvanized square mast is compatible with other mast systems and offers maximum variability. The Super-Lift LX can be operated with a single car or with two cars in twin operation. If required, the cars can also be combined with each other in different lift variants.

The modular platform concept ensures optimum adaptability of the carriages to any construction project. It can be adapted to a maximum size of 1.40 x 5.10 m and the double platform to a maximum size of 2.90 x 5.10 m on a modular basis.

User-friendliness and robustness played a special role in the development of this transport platform. Usually used by professional rental companies, their high requirements have a particular influence. Quick and safe assembly and robust operation are key features of this platform.

  • Wide range of stage combination options

    The Super-Lift LX enables a wide range of superstructure variants and offers a compatible mast system for twin operation. Either a single basket or two independently movable baskets can be installed on one mast line. Up to three platforms can be used in twin mast operation. The cages can be used as open transport platforms in accordance with DIN EN 16719 or as closed passenger cages in accordance with DIN EN 12159.

  • Modular configuration of the platforms

    Each individual car of the rack and pinion elevator can be configured individually and optimized for the construction site. A large selection of different modules is available as an extension to the basic platform. Extension platforms, entrances and exits, closing walls as well as swing and folding doors meet all requirements for a variable structure.

  • High load capacity for material and people

    In double mast operation, the payload of the three individual platforms together is an impressive 8,000 kg, which is higher than the load capacity of comparable combinations of transport platforms. The most powerful platform, the Super-Lift LX 4024 / A 51, impresses with a high load capacity of 4,000 kg alone.

  • Extremely high delivery heads up to 250 m

    People and materials can reach extremely high up in the cages of the rack and pinion elevator, ensuring efficient construction site logistics at all times. The platforms reach impressive transport heights of up to 250 m.

  • Powerful drive via electric motors

    With powerful electric motors and a total motor output of 30 kW, the Super-Lift LX construction hoist brings plenty of power to the construction site. It reliably transports people and materials quickly to the right floor.

  • Strong appearance down to the last detail

    In detail, the Super-Lift LX impresses with its sophisticated features. A modern rotary switch offers a high level of comfort, especially for long elevator rides. The cost-effective permanent grease lubrication significantly reduces wear on the rack and pinion. Tandem rollers ensure particularly smooth running and round off the powerful appearance of the LX perfectly.

  • Safety through modern control technology

    The Super-Lift LX sets standards in terms of control technology. Thanks to the use of a PLC control system, all of the elevator's limit switches are continuously monitored. Errors or operating errors are registered immediately and can optionally be read on the display. This largely eliminates the need for time-consuming troubleshooting.
