Junior 18 inclined lift - Smallest installation dimensions thanks to compact design

Böcker has now developed a new version of the Junior construction lift for fast, effortless material transportation. As the most compact inclined lift in the series, the Junior 18 can transport loads weighing up to 250 kg to heights of up to 18 m. It offers comprehensive equipment options, such as electro-hydraulic operation, the addition of an articulated section and further rail extensions at the best price-performance ratio.

The Junior 18 has the tried-and-tested rail package with integrated drawbar and support wheel, while its chassis is very compact with four plug-in crank supports. This significantly reduces the body length and the lift only requires a small footprint of around 5 m2. The endless swivel range allows it to be used on all four sides of the chassis. It is powered either by a petrol engine with an electric starter as standard or emission-free via a 230 V electric motor. Thanks to its low axle load of 750 kg, the trailer can be towed to the construction site with a car and a class B driving license.

The Junior 18 is equipped with a fold-out control stand as standard, which can be supplemented with other variants. For example, the carriage travel can optionally be steplessly controlled using a joystick. Electro-hydraulic operation is also available in the Basic and Comfort versions. The Basic version is controlled by a wired hand switch. The Comfort version also offers the option of operating the elevator from the head section. When operated from above, the machine stops at the 2 m safety stop to protect ground personnel. As the carriage brakes gently before reaching the end position, this control variant is also particularly gentle on the load. Laterally adjustable headstock wheels round off the equipment. An articulated section can be added to the lift's rail package for travel over the eaves. This allows the load to travel another 6 m further out onto the roof. Various load handling attachments make the Junior 18 an all-rounder on any construction site.
