LiftPlanner

Smart job planning and construction site simulation

Product Images

Product description

With the new Böcker LiftPlanner, crane operators can quickly and easily configure individual planning data for their projects. The software facilitates the planning of crane jobs of all kinds, as it simulates the optimum crane configuration for actual use in advance. This means that the machine can then be set up safely and with optimized reach on the construction site.

The LiftPlanner is intuitive to use and has been developed specifically for the current Böcker truck and trailer cranes. With just a few clicks, the software displays crane operations and lifting processes in an easy-to-understand 2D environment. The data calculated and visualized by LiftPlanner is based on the same data and load diagrams used by the crane control system in live operation and continuously monitored by sensors.

Your Advantages

  • Access via BöckerConnect customer portal

The Böcker LiftPlanner is integrated as an additional module in the BöckerConnect customer portal for detailed site planning from the office.  This means that it can be accessed directly online around the clock from any PC with internet access without additional hardware. Various views visualize the future construction situation, taking all planned parameters into account.

  • Crane simulation in no time at all

In order to plan all operating situations in detail, numerous superstructure variants and working positions of the crane can be configured. The user receives a clear simulation of the application in the form of a side and top view as well as the expected ground bearing.

  • Extensive configuration options

The configuration options include the various outrigger positions of the crane, the mast position in terms of extension length, erection and rotation angle, the angle and extension of the jib and the weight of the load. In addition, a building or obstacle can be placed in the vicinity of the crane. The dimensions of the attached load and the length of the lifting gear can also be set.

  • Construction site planning with added value

Based on these project parameters, the LiftPlanner displays the approved working range of the crane and uses color coding to warn of configurations that are not possible. Depending on the application situation, the planning software calculates the expected and project-specific ground pressure of each individual crane outrigger.

  • Convenient project documentation

The results of the job simulation can be saved in the LiftPlanner for each project and exported as a PDF. The document contains all planned parameters and can be submitted for approval or for tenders.

  • From theory into practice

The PC-based preparation also saves valuable set-up time in practice and maximizes the crane's performance. The project planning created in LiftPlanner serves as a guide for the crane operator so that he can set up and operate the crane optimally on site.
