The optimum combination of compact furniture lift and carrier vehicle ensures that every Agilo is a customised machine to suit your needs. With a total weight ranging from 3.5 t to 8.5 t, depending on the vehicle, the furniture lift is extremely manoeuvrable, easy to handle and impresses with its small vehicle dimensions. For example, you can choose to mount it on a Fuso Canter, Iveco Daily or Mercedes Sprinter.

As the first all-electric furniture elevator with battery, the Agilo not only transports loads from the outside into the building efficiently, but also quietly. It combines a fully electric carrier vehicle with a powerful electric elevator and a long-lasting battery including 230 V charging technology. At the same time, it scores with its usual high performance, sophisticated functionality and additional ease of use thanks to the standard radio remote control.

Depending on the carrier vehicle, the Agilo is powered either by a powerful Honda petrol engine or by the truck’s PTO. For removals in densely populated areas, the Agilo furniture lift is also available as a hybrid lift with a removable electric motor in addition to the PTO, or as a fully electric battery-powered version. The 230 V drive is not only as powerful as usual, but also particularly quiet and locally low-emission. To minimise energy consumption, a stop-and-go automatic system limits power usage.

The hydraulic outriggers guarantee that the furniture lift is set up quickly and safely at the site of use. A powerful lifting cylinder quickly erects the rail package, which can be optimally aligned with the building using the optional hydraulically adjustable slewing ring. A hydraulic telescopic winch with a slack rope safety device extends the rails continuously to the exact length required.

Several options are available for operating the Agilo. In addition to mechanical operation, electro-hydraulic operation is available. This offers the option of head piece control. As the carriage brakes gently before reaching the end position, this control version is particularly gentle on the load. On request, a radio remote control as an alternative to the wired stand or pendant increases convenience.

Furniture, equipment and moving boxes can be safely transported up or down on the furniture platform with fold-down side walls. An optional rotating and extendable platform with an even larger and closed loading area increases comfort and functionality. The angle of inclination can easily be adjusted to the installation angle of the lift using a telescopic support with one-handed adjustment or a spindle. The infinitely extendable lower extension enables floor-level loading.

The special model HL 27 Advantage offers everything you expect from a furniture lift at an unrivalled price. It is mounted on a Fuso Canter and has a permissible total weight of just 3.5 tonnes. With the powerful PTO auxiliary drive, payloads of up to 400 kg can be transported at a speed of 55 m/min. But it is not just the performance, but also the comprehensive equipment that makes the HL 27 Advantage an attractive proposition. Many extras are included as standard.
