Böcker was awarded a Bronze Nail at this year’s Art Directors Club competition for Germany. On the evening of June 11, 2026, the ADC in Hamburg announced the winners of Germany’s largest creative competition. Out of a total of approximately 8,000 entries, an initial shortlist of 572 made the cut. Ultimately, the jury awarded 339 prizes to 130 companies and 93 agencies in the form of the coveted Gold, Silver, and Bronze Nails, as well as Grand Prix awards.
The awards recognized outstanding creative work in advertising, communication, design, and digital media. The prizes are regarded in the industry as a high honor for ideas that impress with their concept, relevance, and execution. Böcker received the Bronze Nail in the category “Concept for Advertising – Trend-Based Communication – Topical Engagement” for the Louvre campaign. Particularly noteworthy: The campaign was created without the support of an advertising agency. Böcker thus prevailed against many well-known companies and agencies, and did so entirely without a budget.
The award demonstrates that creative communication can also emerge directly from within a company. In the Louvre campaign, product, brand, and event merged into a credible story without a media budget. An external crisis moment gave rise to a globally celebrated advertising coup with 5.9 million views and international coverage in major media outlets worldwide, such as the New York Times, The Guardian, and CNN.
