During the scaffolding of the building complex, a Böcker Junior HD 24 G scaffolding lift transported all scaffold elements, thus ensured the fast erection and dismantling of the scaffold. The inclined lift has a platform especially developed for scaffolding with a holder for scaffold tubes and a particularly durable floor for loads up to 200 kg. In the course of the scaffolding installation the scaffolding/roofing company Blaufuß & Behring GmbH additionally installed a transport platform made by Böcker for efficient material transport of the later trades. During the refurbishment works, the Super-Lift MX 1024 ran up to 13 loading doors and transported persons and building materials to a superstructure height of up to 27 m.
The rack and pinion lift Super-Lift MX 1024 is an extremely compact transport platform that can transport material as well as persons. Despite its high load capacity, the mast-mounted platform offers small space requirement on the construction site. Thanks for its compact dimensions, the hot-dip galvanised, robust base unit requires only a small footprint. During transport, the platform fits perfectly on the loading area of a truck and gets to the site quickly.
The rack-and-pinion lift's modular platform concept is particularly convincing for everyday use on construction sites. The basic unit can variably be supplemented with exit ramps, sliding gates or space-saving swing gates as well as closing walls and thus adapted to the respective construction site. A flexible number of loading points and lifting heights of up to 200 m complete the customised structure.
During renovation work, the lift transported loads of up to 1000 kg at a conveying speed of 24 m/min or up to 6 persons at 12 m/min upwards. At the same time, the MX 1024 offers a high level of comfort and maximum safety for the transport of persons and materials. Operation is simple via a rotary switch and the lift can be called directly at every respective loading points. Thanks to the economic automatic control system, it can be controlled from both the cabin and the ground station without switching manually. The floors are approached via switch gates, so that each floor door is always approached precisely and without height differences. The gates lock mechanically by means of drop supports. In addition, the MX 1024 has a diagnostic function which displays the current operating states. The control unit monitors all limit switches and visualises error information, such as an open landing gate, directly on the display.
The Böcker Web-Key access system controls the access to the transport platform by means of card control and special card authorization, including a possible blocking in case of card loss. In addition, the usage data and times of the platform can be evaluated via the system so that the operator gets an exact overview of the utilisation.
